At Kodak Photo Printers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your printer or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the printer and all original accessories, manuals, and power cables back into the original Kodak packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
